Liam Cullinane, PE

Liam is a Project Engineer who joined Boston Civil in September 2025.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Liam has professional experience in both Maine and Massachusetts. He is also certified as a Massachusetts Title 5 Soil Evaluator and has been performing most of our soil testing.
